I was unable to log in to my Current account using my phone, which I have never had this issue before. I called Current, complaining about the issue. They told me the issue would be fixed within 24 hours, but the issue was never fixed. After 3 days, they chose to close my account. I contacted Current by phone and noticed they blocked my phone number and only gave me access to contact them through email. Once I contacted them through email, they told me my account had been suspended due to Fraud, and they couldn't provide me any further information. I asked them what fraud I had committed and told them my account had never been reported by any deported for fraud, which I'm 100 percent certain. It was a nonsense excuse that they provided me, and I had a remaining balance of $824, and they told me they would not release my remaining balance. I told them that this is illegal, they need to send me a check to my registered address on file, and they never responded. I asked for proof of what fraud, I sent an email. And, they ignored my request. I asked to escalate the situation; they still have not responded to my request. Resolution Sought I need them to provide me with my remaining funds.

I've been banking with this credit builder credit card recently about a month ago I rented a car from enterprise rental. I usually do and I usually get my hold back. They usually hold $300 on your car when you rent a car from them they release the hold and the bank is still still haven't released it to me and it's been over a month now I never had this happen to me. I usually get my $300 home the same day that I return the car if for some reason this time I still didn't get my money back. They're talking about it takes up to 31 days for them to release a hold off to me. I never heard of this like I said I normally get it the same day so I feel like I'm being robbed and it's very frustrating. All I want is my money back. Resolution Sought I would like for you guys to help me get my $300 hold back to me that I still have not received in over a month now
