0 help with costumer service.

0/10 for this bank. Took 4 days to get in touch with me, after multiple emails and calls. A bank is supposed to be reliable, and they have been for the year I was with them. But my phone service was turned off, and if that happens YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO LOGGIN! Literally needed my bank info to set up my direct deposit so that I can get my phone service turned back on. They told me to let them know when I get a new phone. Useless.
