Will never go there again.
Took my SUV for break evaluation. While driving in the highway and putting on my breaks the car would shake. Had an appointment for 9:15 am but was told by manager Rob that the car was not going to be looked at until the end of the day because it was a drop off. The week before I had an appointment which also said drop off but car was looked at immediately. Why the difference? He didn't want me to stay in the waiting area and wait. Told me I had to leave. My wife called Toyota headquarters from home because I didn't want to call from the waiting area. Headquarters contacted him. At around 4:30 he told me they didn't have the part which they already knew plus told me his boss didn't want to fix my car and for me to leave. He also mentioned that having my wife call was a "Dick" move. Very disrespectful.
