I ordered a steel building from Custom Built Structures a 20 x 40 12 foot ceiling with (2 ) 10 x 10 roll up doors and a walk in door with insulation . The picture in add shows vertical and horizontal tubing. He asked if I wanted horizontal or vertical siding. I told him horizontal siding would match the house. There never was mentioned that horizontal siding didn't have the same wall structure as vertical siding. I sent the down payment and he sent back the same picture in the add with horizontal tubing saying that my down payment was approved. When they came and started putting up the building . I stopped and asked the crew leader if the picture of the add as they were installing and he said no! And I told them to call somebody because I ordered what was in the picture. He called Carlos in N.C. he said that he would call the salesman. The crew went after waiting two hours for a call back. The salesman texted me and said that was not what I ordered and if I wanted the horizontal tubing it would cost me about $ 1500.00 more! I don't think I should have to pay more for what the add shows! Resolution Sought I want the horizontal tubing installed. And I don't think I should have to pay extra for it.
