Purchased kitchen floor. Unable to get in touch with installation after several attempts and personally stopping at store. The night before installation, we had to cancel because we had severe water damage under counters when pulled up. Company refused to return calls. Mangers from orchard park stated i cancelled. I tried to explain, he was verbally abusive and told me he would not refund money. I never received service, or product. Manager stated i could deliver your floor and smash it in your driveway, if i want to." This ended conversation. Resolution Sought Refund money, as service or never rendered. Product also never received.

Company states: . We have already told the customer that we ordered material for her and it is non-cancellable. The customer should come and pick it up if she wants it. If she does not come to our ORCHARD PARK warehouse by 6/30/24, we will dispose of the material. We have already tried to make it clear that we will not give her a refund on special order merchandise. This is also clearly stipulated on our INVOICE. (Copy issued to BCA for ttheir recoreds.) Thank you.
