Poor customer service!

First of all she yes she is a problem she's obnoxious ratchet and just unprofessional she has personal issues and takes it out on her way of handling business. I would never ever spend a penny on a person like this not to mention how horrible her hair is. I would like for the business owner to get a therapist and learn how to manage her customers.
