Scott Czuwala of Custom Cuts was hired as a sub contractor. He was paid to rebuild my house. Every time we asked where material was he replied I need more money. My father paid him each time. When he didn't show up for weeks we would ask where he was and when he was planning on returning to do work. He had his employees come take the tools and never returned to finish the remodel on my house, which he was paid to do. We have a contract which states everything he was supposed to do with total amount due. Resolution Sought I would like the money returned which he was paid as he didn't complete the job.
