I bought a custom sunroom in 2018 . Cost about $16,000 doing the last few years I have called and complained about the windows leaking they sent a representative out at one time he made some adjustments leaks did not stop call them a few days ago complain again they will not .answer my complaints. Every morning I go in the sunroom and has a bad odor Resolution Sought Come out look at it and solve it fix. And get rid of the older might be mold and mildew. We went to Clarence 's house and cleaned out all the caulking in the window tracks and went to the outside of the room and added more drain holes for the water to escape. I followed up after the next heavy rain, and there were no issues.
