I purchased a package and sat through the presentation and received the form to send to https://selectmyrewardsnow.com. I never received any contact from Customer Choice rewards or an activation code and when I tried to reprint the forms my email address was not recognized. I just want what was promised. Apparently, I am not the only person this has happened to. The hotel was crappy and rundown. The presentation place was really hard to find, and the "no pressure" sales was soooooo pushy! Promised items: 5-7 night cruise 2 round trip air tickets 8 night condo stay worldwide Resolution Sought Give me the packages I was promised for going to the sales pitch and staying at the crappy hotel that made me feel like I needed to disinfect all my belongings and myself!

Typically, at the conclusion of a promotional presentation, attendees receive a Select My Reward Now (SMRN) order form presenting six reward options. I sent the paperwork and the payment. I then received the 2 flights vacation planning package. I already paid $75.00. I am interested in changing the flights for a cruise instead. I have called multiple times and left messages. I also have sent an email from the Customer Choice Rewards site. I have received no response. Resolution Sought To contact me about changing to a cruise.
