COMPLETE DISAPOINTMENT
AFTER SITTING FOR OVER AN HOUR TO HEAR A GUY TALK ABOUT GETTING OURSELVES INTO DEBT FOR TRAVELING WE WERE PROMISED A FREE GIFT FOR PARTICIPATING. HERE IT WAS NEVER FREE TOTAL HASSLE AND INCONVENIENCE RECEIVED FURTHER PAPERS SUCH AS THE ONES GIVEN ON THAT JOKE OF PRESENTATION AND THEY WANT MONEY TO PROCESS NOTHING IS REALLY WHAT IT SEEMS NOTHING IS OR WILL EVER BE FREE. WASTED AFTERNOON FOR MANY OF US THAT WERE FOOLED, TO THINK OF A FREE PRICE FOR LISTENING TO A GUY THAT WAS ONLY TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD-WORKING MONEY, SHAME ON PLACES LIKE THESE.

Nothing is free
It was obvious to start it was a scam. They push you hard to go to a "presentation", in order to get a free trip or you can opt out and get 2 free hotel nights. They glazed over the 2 free hotels and jumped into the "presentation" option hardcore pushing this. Obviously the presentation would be an aggressive sell for a timeshare or vacation rental or something similar. We opted for the 2 free nights, however this also came with a load of hurdles. This program is 100% intended for the customer to dropout and not take advantage of the program while they pocket the sales tax you "prepay" for. Clever business but unethical business model. The hurdles start with you cannot select within 7 weeks of a holiday, so 50% of the calendar year. The next hurdle is the date must be 45 days in advance. You must select two dates, and two locations (the pamphlet handed out had about 150% more locations to choose from conveniently). A representative will then reach out to you within 60 days of the date you selected, conveniently difficult to plan a trip within this time range. Now if you did not have 100% accuracy or they find any small thing with the form, they will not try and help you or just update your form. You either are pushed to see a presentation again, opt out or completely restart (again date has to be 45 days in advance). Your free hotels offer expires within 12 months, and you only have 3 chances to successfully submit your form. This company is designed to weed out as many customers as possible while pocketing any money they can from you. I had more help from the customer service team by arguing with me that this is unethical than actually trying to assist in the process. As always, nothing is free or with no strings attached. Be aware , this is an absolute headache and the company does not want to give you these hotels and pocket the $50ish USD that you paid.
