I saw an advertisement on social media about a new laser treatment called Aviclear created by Cutera. Cutera claimed their laser is an affective treatment in place of taking the invasive oral acne medication called Accutane . I located a provider who offered this new Aviclear laser and purchased a 3 session package for $2,400. After completing the sessions, my acne was just as bad as it was when I started. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to go on Accutane from a dermatologist anyway because there were no results with the Aviclear laser. The dermatologist who prescribed me Accutane told me that Aviclear is not an affective solution for acne and they have not seen any good results. I have contacted my provider and they told me to contact Cutera for help with getting a refund of $2,400 . Cutera refuses to speak to me after many email attempts and phone call attempts. Cutera is falsely marketing their laser as an Accutane replacement to desperate and gullible consumers who suffer from acne. I'm seeking full restitution for not receiving the results I was told I would get with this service. Resolution Sought I'm looking for a refund of $2,400.
