I paid for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. My cuticles are sensitive and I informed the nail tech on arrival. I requested for the cuticles to not be cut. In the end, there was gel paint all over my skin and cuticles which she had to file and pick off. I left there with painful raw fingers. The front desk told me to email the manager photos of the nails. I did twice and have not gotten a response. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.
