On July 6th, I ordered 2 dog beds or a total of $59.98 from Xiahano Limited. I had gotten the information off of Facebook and used my credit card for the purchase. I realized by July 11th that I had not received any confirmation of the purchase and got concerned. I looked up the company and found very little information, other than they are in the UK. Disputed charge through cc company and then found that CVG returns had the beds delivered (untrue) on the very same day I called. Also says delivered to my mailbox which is impossible unless they are doll sized. Fraudulent information on tracking # with USPS. Never delivered and never contacted. Resolution Sought Give me back my $59.98.

I want to send back what I got but the phone number is I am gonna go to ups and see how I can send back purse I ordered it change mind canceled order and they still sent it. Resolution Sought Refund.
