The pharmacists at CVS in the Bronx (store number 2433) ,are very unprofessional and insensitive to customers seeking to refill or pick up their meds. I had an experience with a pharmacists that lacked customer service. She was very nasty when I required about refilling my motners Insulin and hypertension meds. She basically blew me off without a clear explanation. She also stated that CVS receives Novolog periodically. My mother is a type one diabetic. I don't understand how such an important medication that type one diabetics depend on could be available periodically. I think that's something that needs to change immediately if CVS wants me and my family to continue to support this business. Resolution Sought Pharmacists need to be better trained when dealing with customers and addressing their needs.
