Complainants are generally dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided claiming they are unable to reach company personnel by phone and e-mails are not responded to. Some complainants who request refunds on defective products are dissatisfied with the company's policy of deducting S & H charges from the refund amount. ~~The company has responded to most complaints by issuing RMA's for exchanging defective products providing refunds or offering additional repair assistance. In some cases the responses provided did not address the complainant’s allegations. Some customers disputed the company's responses claiming the company did not follow through on promised resolutions or that repairs performed did not remedy the original problem.

I am writing regarding the CyberPowerPC system I purchased in April 2025. I want to document the sequence of issues I've experienced with this system and formally request a prepaid shipping label to have it repaired under warranty. 1. Initial Delivery Issues: When I first received the system, I noticed that the thermal paste had been applied incorrectly, and in fact it was smeared or spilled around the CPU area, indicating poor assembly. This was my first experience with the system and immediately raised concerns about quality control. 2. Current Hardware Failures (After 4 Months of Use): Approximately four months after purchase, I began experiencing severe hardware issues: • The PC overheats to 96°C, which is dangerously high and indicates the CPU cooler is not functioning properly. • The CPU cooler is not operating, and the associated fan and LED lights are not turning on. • The LED switch on top of the case, which normally controls lighting, is now malfunctioning and causing the computer to turn on and off when pressed. These issues clearly indicate that the system is defective under normal use and requires immediate repair. They are not due to misuse or damage on my part. 3. Shipping / Warranty Issue: I have been informed that, under CyberPowerPC policy, I am expected to pay several hundred dollars to ship this defective system back fo Resolution Sought Request: Given that the system is only 4 months old and still under the manufacturer warranty, I am requesting a prepaid shipping label to send the system back for repair.

I purchased a laptop through cyberpowerpc a little over a year ago, specifically on 11/25/2023. The warranty has expired for my laptop after the year was up, and my computer is no longer functioning. I contacted support for repair and was told that without a warranty, there is nothing they can do. I've taken the computer to two different third party computer repair services who told me that they don't work with cyberpowerpc and could not obtain parts. So I now have this year old, $3,000+ computer that I cannot get fixed because cyberpowerpc has hung me out to dry. I want my money back, and I wish never to do business with these people again as I feel quite ripped off. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.
