Ok my renters charge me late fees even if my my order is updated...ok after the 4th is late for them for example if I get a money order on the 2nd and can't get to them for a reason and turn it in on the 5th I get charged late fees for the whole month. Resolution Sought Pay me all the late fees that wasn't pose to be charged back.

We received the complaint against our company; however, the information is limited. After searching our current database of tenants, we are unable to pull up a Mike Jones as a current tenant. Without more information, such as his address, we can not research his account. However, in all of our leases, it is very clear that a 10% fee will be charged to the account on the first day it is considered late, plus $5 every additional day it is late. Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late on the 4th of the month. We have our policy in our lease that all tenants sign, as well as posted in our office lobby. We stand by our policy and encourage all tenants to budget and make arrangements to have their rent delivered on time to avoid the accruement of late fees. Again, we currently can not identify Mike Jones as a current tenant. We will need more information to address this complaint specifically.
