Billy was showing up and finishing projects fine at first. He had only the windows and the fence to finish. He said he is sick and was in and out of the hospital I have placed several calls a d He didn't answer I'm assuming he is back in the hospital. I need this work done it has been over 6 months and I gave him all the money I had received when my husband pasted away. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the work he did not finish.
