The worst

The worst!! I had heard around town this guy was a really good mechanic. I went there twice. The first time I needed to have a minor part replaced. I hadn't had the bike for very long so, I asked if he could give it a good a look over and see what work it might need to be done. He did the replacement and it did the trick, but it took him 3 months! He was unpleasant every time I called about it to. When I asked about the bike overall, he said everything looks fine. Admittedly, I immediately had the feeling and have harbored it ever since, he never actually bothered to check beyond the problem. Which is fine, people forget, just be honest with me. About 9 months on the road, and once again, it needed repair. I took it to him thinking he had some familiarity with it. Maybe he would be quicker? After a month of waiting, I called to ask about it. He was curt and dismissive. As well as every other time I called him or stopped in. Which was about it every 3-4 weeks for 6 months!! 6 months! Finally I demanded my bike back and it's just as bad as it was, if not worse than it was when I dropped it off. I'm hard pressed to come up with a way to make the experience worse. The only exception being that he didn't charge rent for keeping my bike for half the year. Not cool. The worst mechanic and customer service I have ever experienced. I'd give it zero stars and a turd emoji if I could.

Owner (Stan Ellison) is the rudest man I've ever met. He flipped off my husband when trying to drop off the part that Stan was to b fixing. We took our cycle and left. I wouldn't let him work on my worst enemies cycle. Very unprofessional.
