My package was received and processed at the DHL shipping warehouse on February 11th at 04:24 cst. It is still sitting there . I've contacted DHL 6 times, they online send a automated email reply. When I call it is always busy. Today is February 25th 15:41 and nothing from DHL. Resolution Sought Deliver my package or refund me $37.00. ASAP

I ordered a book on Amazon whose seller is located in Argentina. The carrier is DHL who came to my house and did not leave the package because I wasn't home. The paper left by the door says DHL would return on Tuesday, Feb 20th. DHL didn't comply. Yesterday (Feb 22nd) I called DHL and spoke to a customer service representative. She assured me the book would come today, but would only be hand delivered. I stayed all day long waiting for this package for nothing. After calling again, DHL sent me to its website and Amazon (after calling also) said that my book will arrive on Wednesday (28th) and I can't wait for three whole days for a book to arrive. I spent hours with this package, one single book that I need for completing an essay I am working on. Resolution Sought To deliver the book tomorrow and if I am not home to leave it by the entrance. DHL notification is signed.
