Thursday July 15 I went here to replace my glass on the sliding door the owner he went & picked up the glass from a junk yard which was fine. I didn't notice a chip on the glass till Thur July 22 because I jus parked the car & used my Cadillac the tape is still on the car I have pics of it. I called right away when I saw it I spoke to the wife this morning July 23 @ about 8:45a then her husband called back I explained to him my finding. He says I can't tell you who did it. I said you picked the glass up so you as the owner didn't inspect it. He said I don't remember seeing any chips I said ok then your worker did it he says I can't say that but I can get a clear glass & charge you $100. I said excuse me I just paid $120 for a glass & your worker obviously chipped it & didn't tell you. How is that fair to me & you want to charge me for another window that cost $130 clear glass but you would take $30 off how is that fair to your paying customer. It's you job to inspect the glass & your saying you don't remember it being chipped. He just making all these excuses & I told him I have brought stuff from junk yard before & its your job to check. You need 2 ask your worker why he didn't tell you he chipped it & let me decide if I still want it he want to do that cause the worker could say no so me the customer should just have to accept that & that's's not right I didn't pay for a damaged window. Resolution Sought I want the glass replaced with a privacy window to the car its a Honda Odessy ex-l or return my 120 I have pics of it tape still on the car if needed as I'm making this complaint even told the owner I'll bring it so u could see but he just trying make me pay more money even if I get my own glass he want to charge me 40.
