I put it an order on Nov 7th & haven't heard anything from the company regarding the status of my order even though i have emailed multiple times, commented on their Facebook group, and used their live chat. They have terrible customer service. Lots of people in their group are being ignored. I have people waiting for what I have ordered, I need an update. If they cannot ship in time then they need to update their shipping time or stop selling. Resolution Sought I want my order shipped this week or a refund.
