The female barista ignored my friend and I for over 10 minutes.
The female barista ignored my friend and I for over 10 minutes. There was only one other patron in the cafe. He was an older White man. My friend and I are non White females. The barista mopped the entire floor before bringing us our order. When we got up from our seats the barista came around and wiped our chairs off with a cloth and shook her head and mumbled to herself. She did not wipe the chair of any of the other patrons. When leaving she ignored us as we waited to pay our check and she helped three additional patrons that newly entered the establishment. We had to ask twice for her to take our money. Retrain the female barista on non biased customer service or dismiss her. Or publicly post that people of color are not welcomed so that we will not enter to avoid mistreatment.
