I'm just weeks away from my warranty being only honored by manufacturer. I have a window stuck open. I've been calling to get it fixed for 4weeks. No one is returning the call. They are waiting for the warranty to roll over. That way I only have a manufacturer in some other state. And no one to help us. I called 2 or 3 times a week. I'm assured that they are on it. And someone will be calling me back. Well like I said.. not one call back in 4 weeks. Resolution Sought Get someone here and check all of the windows before winter. My electric bill is outrageous and I'm having trouble paying it. I need windows that work to save me the money that promised me. I can't save on electric if the windows won't close correctly.

We met with one of their sales reps that came to our house to provide information and pricing for a shower remodel in our master bathroom. The man told us we would need to wait now for a phone call to which we'd be informed that they had the materials ready and we could proceed to schedule a date for the job. About a week ago I received a call from one of two installers that needed to come out one last time for final measurements of the shower area. Both came and inspected & measured everything. They ran into a few issues but both confirmed verbally to me that it wouldn't be a problem and they could still complete the job. They asked me to wait for a call to schedule. I asked the installer if he could please speak with my husband to reiterate the information that was given to me so that we're all in the same page, and he agreed. He and my husband spoke and apparently told him that they would honor the given price and come out to complete the project regardless of the "issues". Yesterday on June 21st a little over a week after their visit, I get a call from one of the installers stating matter-of-factory that the job was cancelled, but he said not to worry because he has solutions to the issues and could save us $3000-$4000. I told him we were NEVER informed the job was cancelled. He was unaware of that and yet still trying to steal our business from the original company and we're given false info. We have not recovered our deposit yet. Resolution Sought I want this complaint to be lodged formally and and investigation to open regarding what is going on and what was done to us. We haven't received our deposit back, therefore we want that back.
