In late May I called to report a dryer did not heat. A repair tech left a note that he needed to get a part after a few weeks I called again. Another tech on 06/10/22 came a left a note that he needed to get a part. I called again ,i assume it was an answering service they told me the dryer was in fact fixed, I was not the machine is in the Brookside condo complex the building number is 820 the dryer is 46 Resolution Sought I would like to get the dryer repaired

Sorry but the Covid excuse isn't flying. You would be more credible to simply say "I'm sorry, our guys went out twice and didn't get this done". It has almost two months
