Daduwal Village Realty LLC complaints

This company scammed my wife and I. When we contacted them, they said they returned our money but they have not. They were and still are posing as a investor company. They are scammers. I have all the documents and proof of payment that they scammed us out of as well as all communication. Resolution Sought I want my money back, $1,500 for payment and $82 for western union fees.

Western Union did in fact finally refund the $1,500 but did not refund the $82 . The transaction was cancelled after I found out that Daduwal Village Reality LLC did in fact receive the $1,500 and they told me they had not and insisted I pay them again. Daduwal Village Reality LLC is in fact a scam company. We made our down payment only to be told by then that the $1,500 would not come off the repayment for the loan because it had nothing to do with their company, then why did we have to pay a down payment if it had nothing to do with their company or repayment??????? That's a scam to me. Daduwal Village Reality LLC told us we make the down payment and they fund our account with the loan. Now keep in mind they had payment from us for three days and said they had not received the payment when I asked why they hadn't funded our account, sounds like proof of a scam to me and I have all the cooraspondence proving it. All the cooraspondence has also been sent to consumer affairs and The Reality Association of America. Daduwal Village Reality has done this to other people as well. They are a scam company and need to be blackballed from all and any future dealings for any action.
