Lest than 30 days ago I purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano for my wife. After purchase of vehicle driving it home my wife noticed vehicle had problems shifting from second gear. I called Dago's Auto and spoke with salesman and told him of problem he said wait 1 week and then call warranty division because the drive train is covered. Took car to Nissan dealership and after diagnosis it was determined that it needed a new transmission, price of $1,060 ..insurance said they won't pay after speaking with Dago's Auto they said it's not there problem. Resolution Sought To acknowledge that this was an existing problem and to take responsibility and assist me with another vehicle or give me my down payment back.
