The 2019 Ford Expedition started making a noise and dealer originally couldn't get me in until July 11th then on July 6th the truck acted like it didn't want to start called the dealer they said I could drop it off I did. I was told they had no cars for me to drive as a loaner. I called Thurs July 7th to check on the truck they told me it wasn't the battery and they were going to have the engine man come in and look at it. He came that Friday July 8th the engine mam and the man Doug hadling the truck stated they looked at each other and didn't know they had not ever heard the noise before and that they had to call Ford Motor Company and talk to the engineering people they had ro wait to hear back from them in the meantime my husband said let's go out here you need a loaner when there they told us they didn't have anything, then I went up to the sales room and the salesmen told me of I get something se I would be upside down and then he found me a loaner temporary. Then when I called Monday July 11th my birthday they were still waiting to hear. I got a call on Wednesday July13th they think they know what it is. Stated it may be the timing chain that is the motor and once tou start messing with that there continue to be problems. I am scared about it getting fixed and going anywhere period today is Monday July 18th no update on the truck. Thank you in advance for your time Resolution Sought Give something reliable at the same price and not having me upside down trying to get something else. They could pay it off and keep it for themselves and sale it. I need a reliable car I have children that I ha e to go and pick up and take home from time to time out of state..thank you on advance for your time.

I do understand Ms.Collins needs to have reliable transportation however Ms. Collins did not purchase her Expedition from Dahl Ford Davenport which makes a replacement vehicle not something we would be able to provide her with. I am happy to report to you though that her vehicle has been repaired and returned to her.
