On , 2022, ordered Apple Watch: black with numerical surface showing online. After payment $95.23 , order #2029758 was supposed to be shipped between 3 & 5 days, however Late & very unfortunately, what came in was a black watch that was different from that apple watch featured @ their website. Unable to contact Daily Sale by phone 'cuz their published phone numbers are not working & directed me to contact thru online only. The more I waited since they did not answer me soon. I called Paypal told Daily Sale; After few days of wait, I returned the same watch to Daily Sale on Oct. 14 & sent them the USPS receipt $5.85 to reimburse as agreed, all total= 101.08 I contacted Justine online but he promised to refund the entire total soon after they received the item on Monday, 10/17/22. Yet he did not send the refund even after dozens of contacting him thru text or email. All windy promises. They always sent me the advertisements to purchase their merchandises less 90, etc. This company made me so depressed that I did not want to contact them anymore, but soon as I get better from bad depression, I promised myself to seek help for the recovery of the money thru your online company. I firmly believed that I was conned by the good con-artist online...Have original copy of the receipt, bank statement. Please extend an utmost assistance! Thank you so much! Resolution Sought Refund all the money: Cost $95.23 including Return shipping charge 5.85, total of $101.08. Thanks so much! And God bless...

I purchased an item from this company. When I received my package, my purchased item wasn't in the envelope. I did a video because it took too long from Atlanta, Ga. Once it got in Georgia to get to me, so I did a video ,from the time of me walking out to the box and as I opened package. I've been emailing company and they have replied to me as well, at first company asked for photos, it was ruled against from another department within the business, so I was told to reach out to U.S.P.S , after I explained to them that it didn't seem like the package was opened when I received it, they then told me that it had to be human error. So, I reached out to the company again, they then wanted the video, I sent the video, and once more it was ruled against by another department within the company, so to me they are taking my money and don't believe that their staff can make a mistake. I've asked them to reach out to the U.S.P.S because that's the order that should have taken place, for them to contact U.S.P.S and it wasn't my responsibility. So, I'm out of money for something that I didn't receive. Resolution Sought Send what I purchased or refund me my money on my credit card
