No response from customer service, no product delivered

I dealt with DAK since Drew owned the company and it was a great product with great service. Then Sol took over and for a while it was still great. A year or so ago I got a new computer and lost all my DAK programs. I tried to find DAK with no success and assumed they went out of business. Last week I found out they were still in business and immediately ordered a new Workshop. After repeated emails showing my order confirmation, I still have not received my Dak Workshop nor even a response. It was meant to be a Christmas present to me from my wife. It sure isn't the old Dak with its good product and service under Drew. I can no longer recommend Dak to anyone.

Scammers, never received paid for product, won't reply

Purchased the Buddylink bluetooth speakers over a year ago. After paying for shipping, was informed I had to pay an extra $56.50 for shipping. I reluctantly paid the extra shipping. Received an email saying my order had been to sent to shipping then received nothing since. After numerous emails over about several months asking for shipping info, I gave up on ever receiving the product. I've asked for a refund countless times but don't even get a response. For all I know, this product probably doesn't even exist.
