Dale Richter installed a new roof less than 4 years ago, Shingles on the back of the house are falling off. We have called him numerous times to come look at it with no response. This roof was replaced because of the storms and filed with insurance. We have had two different roofing companies look at the problem and both have the same comments, that the rear of the roof was not installed correctly, nail pressure was too strong and went through shingles and they are slowly falling off. We have estimates to replace in the amount of $3000.00. This should be handled by the original company who was paid through insurance. Resolution Sought To at least come and look at the problem and resolve this issue.
