Rude, disrespectful, derogatory language.

Rude, disrespectful, derogatory language to my wife (called her a 'Lesbian') amongst other choice words upon being questioned about his doing our gutters ( wanted to surprise her!) To top it off 'Dale' did a shoddy job nowhere near the $85. agreed upon price! At least a letter of apology to my wife; and to have 'NO DESSERT' stamped on his meal card (I'm an Army Veteran!); 16 hrs of 'Hostile Work Environment' training!!!
