Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service in my book

Have been doing business with this company for many years. We have ALWAYS paid promptly. I called the on Wednesday May 26th for service. No return call. Called again on May 27th and Patrice Dalton scheduled us for Friday May 28th in the afternoon. Never showed up or called to let us know status. Our downstairs unit is leaking and spreading water on floor. Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service in my book. I don't expect anything from them. Done
