The furniture was delivered minus a night stand and bed rails when called they 10/1/2022 Omar said would have to have delivered never received by date of 10/4/2022 as promised. I went to the store and Omar and I requested a refund back and asked for them to pick up their furniture. After 1 hour they finally initiated a refund but have not given my money back holding it hostage because they still have not picked up their merchandise from my house when call they keep passing me off saying we will get it when we can find a truck but you will not release my funds back to my account per my bank they do not see a attempt of a refund. They are rude and get mad when I call inquiring about picking up the merchandise and release my funds. We are sleeping on a hardwood floor . We cant get new furniture in bedroom until they get theirs out Resolution Sought My money back and they come get their merchandise. The headboards 1 night stand dresser mirror and chester drawer .
