I purchased a truck with less than 20000 miles on it. Still had bumper to bumper warrantee but has been in the shop with them for 43 days. It broke down after 2 weeks. They have just been throwing parts into it to fix it. The customer service has been horrible. I've been yelled at and spoke down too since I'm a woman. I will never purchase another vehicle from them…. Hopefully I will get my truck back at some point. Resolution Sought Fix it in a timely manner or at the very least be respectful. I would be more than happy for them to just buy it back at this point.
