Customer Complaint

Paid contractor upfront as requested. Dan Walker received funds and start coming once a week job should've been completed in 3 weeks tops it's been 2 months. His attitude is extremely nasty. I really tried to avoid confrontation because he had received payment upfront. Long story short he didn't complete project now I'm forced to obtain a lawyer and hire another contractor to complete job. Resolution Sought Full refund.
