October 14, 2024 I have gotten into a car wreck and it wasn't my fault. My insurance company paid $15,260 to my lienholder which was Danco financial. Two months later, I receive a letter in the mail from Danco financial stating that they will sue me for the other half of my car expenses which is $6000 and I don't know why because my insurance already paid them for the total loss of my vehicle I need help thank you Resolution Sought It would be better for me not having to pay the $6000 out of my pocketsince my insurance already covered the other half of my vehicle
