D&H Paving LLC, was doing repair work on an isle in a parking lot 1 inch away from my newly purchased blazer, my Blazer was hit with the work bobcat. Nobody came into my work to ask me to move it nor did they rope off section to not park there. Wrote a review, they deleted it. Contacted D&H refuse the damage, and refuses to have owner contact me! Very disrespectful young lady by the name of "Katie". No work ethic what so ever, most importantly have workers with no responsibility whatsoever, doing their job correctly and watching out for parked car! Resolution Sought The owner to contact me personally and take action for his employees actions! Pay to have my damage's fixed, I've had my vehicle for 3 weeks!!! I'm very upset, I work hard for my stuff. I work in the parking lot where it was hit.. You're still doing work in that lot. I want my truck fixed n contacted.

Ms. Musilli contact our office with complaint, after investigating we determined that day did not cause the damage to her vehicle. She stated her coworker witness it, when speaking to the co worker, they did not witness and both of my employees that were on site have been employed by my company for over 10 years. They told me they did not do this, and I believe them. We have explained all of this to Ms. Musilli and she will not accept that she aldo did not report or notice the damage until several days later. D&H Paving has been in business for almost 70 years. We are a very reputable company,

I reported to Benderson Development the day of accident. Benderson Development gave me the name of company called the following day. So you're wrong. When I spoke w "Katie" she said she talked to 3 men.. not 2 . Which one is it? You're employees lied.. u don't do construction work an 1" away from someone vehicle plain n simple. What a terrible business.. terrible customer service. I read your reviews, they are terrible too.

The response above does not state any facts to prove we caused any damage. It is easy for her to say our employees lies but the only facts at hand is she was asking her co-worker to lie and say she witnessed DH damaging her vehicle but her co-worker always had told us that was not true. DH did not cause this damage.
