Twice I have been charged $.70 over the price marked on a bag of chips. When I spoke to the man behind the counter that he couldn't charge me over the price marked on the bag that it was illegal he said no it wasn't. When I told him I wanted my money back he told me they had no refund policy. When I asked to see the sign that said they had a no refund policy there wasn't one. They are making up prices here. In addition the computerized screen or you order food does not tell you the price of the food and wants you to order it without knowing the price. The consumer has the right to know the price this is the law and it's supposed to be marked clearly. Resolution Sought Stop committing crimes. Provide refunds for people or put up a clear sign that says they are not going to do so. And charge the price that's marked on the package. And the employer should treat people with more respect. He didn't even know the law but somehow felt he was qualified to tell me I was incorrect ovrr and over while another customer confirmed everything that I said. I am also going to report this to the Attorney General since this is a chain of many marks it seem to be breaking Thelaw

Since I was not provided transaction details I could not fully investigate. Dandy Mini Mart has a policy to charge our customers the marked prices unless a customer has altered them. Our food kiosk calculates both price and calories as the order is built. The order ticket is then scanned to ensure accuracy.
