They were supposed to order a part for my vehicle I believe that they sold me a lemon, my car has not worked properly since I purchased it. I took my car in to be serviced on December the 20th. Resolution Sought I would like them to repair my vehicle, so that my vehicle can run properly.

Bout a car 08/2020 been having problems that whole year i never missed a payment ever. I put down 4000 dollars never missed or behind car payments even paid the car note up for like 2 months before so since foe like 2 or 3 months straight. I have been up there every single week with car problem they even charged me for repair which i paid extra on my car payments. So they told i could trade out so i went there this past Monday 11/22 then they gone tell me i have to pay 550 for taxes and fees mind i jus paid a car note in that when the car was actually in the shop at that time and i still made the payment so they was like we are switching from 10000 car to another. So i was confused on where the money came from that i had to pay so they said just pay 300 so i came up with the money so they took the trade off the table because i did caused a scene and the mpd was called for me to leave. so they was like you are not behind or anything and you still have 50/50 warranty u can get it fixed and we just gone have to pay half they still have the car now Resolution Sought Give me another car or my money back
