We have reviewed Mr. Cross’s account and found that the purchase made in January 2025 was financed entirely through Daniels Jewelers, not Synchrony Bank. Our records do not show any payment from Synchrony posted to Mr. Cross’s Daniels Jewelers account. As of today, the monthly $60 payments being requested are consistent with the agreed financing terms under his Daniels Jewelers account. We spoke with Mr. Cross recently and requested documentation, specifically, a statement from Synchrony Bank showing that the same necklace was financed and paid in full. He declined to provide that documentation. Without this verification, we are unable to process any refund. We remain open to resolving this matter. We encourage Mr. Cross to provide the requested proof so we can investigate further and assist him accordingly.
