My skin was raw around the piercing she rubbed it so hard leaving me with a scar. She used cheap jewelry which was falling apart in my skin (according to my new piercer). She smashed the piercing in my face leaving it more swollen than ever. I've gotten this piercing before and never did my face get numb and swollen like it did. My new piercer said the dermal seemed done by someone inexperienced. The piercing was done wrong the jewelery was smashed and she still let me leave like that. There is no way she didn't know what she did. Resolution Sought I just want a refund. Or I will need to take it to the board. Which I don't want to. But I will to prevent having this happen to someone else.

I’m sorry the piercing wasn’t to the clients satisfaction, I did try to schedule appointments to help with the problems but to resolve this I will refund the client back there money, the total of $60.
