Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This public transportation service has continuously been trying to avoid providing service to Hispanic people all the time. They provide free rides for black people on a daily basis but continue to not provide the same services and accommodate everyone the same. This is causing me time management issues and can't provide me reliable service at all since I was 17 years old. They have robbed my belongings and refuse to provide actual and accurate information to me and a few people who I know use this service. They sexually harass me and people u know. They act as if someone else has offended them when that has never even been the case. The issues are persistent with the same individuals and have not been resolved. Resolution Sought Provide actual accommodations and service for everyone in a respectful and reliable manner as needed.
