Fix the routes quit stealing from the people that need the transportation do the right thing for f****** once

I have proof that they're taking money from their customers and running something needs to be done

Poor customer service.

I was at the bus stop at Ferguson and Pasteur. The bus driver was already 15 minutes late. I got on the 164 Ferguson bus. The Bus driver name is Keith , A Black male in his late 40s maybe. He had a terrible attitude from the time he opened the door. Anyway, when I got on the bus I informed him that my midday bus pass expired, and asked if I could get a free ride only 4 blocks down. He said no very aggressive with a terrible attitude. It was ok that he didn't want to let me get a ride since I didn't have a bus pass, but it's the way he was talking to me and the things that he was saying to me, it were very unprofessional and he even cursed me out a few times, He said to me: "I know that you're a** is lying, No I can't give you a ride, now get the f***k off my bus " he also said some more to things but I can't remember everything he said. Please help me with this issue ASAP, and thank you. Fire the bus driver.
