I went to the Dartmouth Inn on December 14th, and left today on the 15th, of December i have had a bad experience with the lady at the front desk yesterday around 5:45 6pm i got a room online the woman was trying to tell me she can't let me and my twin daughters to get a room because supposedly they said the room was too messy which that was a lie because i cleaned up the room before i left so she basically was arguing with me about getting a room their when it was already paid for and i had my twin daughters in the car with me she was very rude i asked for her manager number and her name she refused to give me the name of her supervisor or the number to call and complain she deny me if getting it i was real annoyed this isn't my 1st problem with this lady she got a problem with me for no reason and told me i couldn't stay at the hotel any longer then a week and again i was there with my family 2 years old as a mother and a housekeeper you never denied a family with children's and keep them out in the cold I would like something to get done about the these problems she needs to get fired or be supervisor. Resolution Sought Give a discount or my money back I've spent a lot of money to be disrespected yesterday I couldn't say the lady was a rude a she could've been.
