Price gouging!!

I went into store Wednesday Dec 16th. I was going to buy 2 normal size cans of tuna. He tried to charge me 10.98. I said, I don't think so. He smiled at me and said ok. This same store cannot sell gas anymore because he was caught putting water in it. Quit ripping people off. I have heard many complaints about this guy and something needs to be done.
