I got hung up and 3 times and laughed at so I'd really like them or this person to get fired

I was looking to get a quote on health insurance and I had came across the number provided and I asked simple as can I have a quote for the basic insurance and i got asked what's a quote and then hung up on and then bye them Using there system they texted me off a personal number so it wouldn't be recorded mind the call said recoding so I'd assume they have a record of this interaction on file and I would like to say very rude and I very much wnat this guy fired due to the blantint disrespect when I was asking a simple question I did end up getting a text from there personally number saying " YOU STUPID FAT B****" and this is not ok at all coming from a health care company that was first on the list when I looked into getting it I wanna put there number and company in this incase u need it " +1 (561) 920-1755" number of the person who texted me and "352-565-4434" like I said got joked around with and disrespected I would really like for someone to look into this and get back to me please and thank you for the time. I would like this person to Esther have a really good talk with a higher up because I tried calling the company and they seem all ok with what's going on cuz I got hung up and 3 times and laughed at so I'd really like them or this person to get fired but I don't think that will happen but I do what you to have all the necessary things to do so if u need to I have a picture of what they said I have there number and address of work and there company name
