Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I paid Datafied to get my medical records from HEDGES Medical Group in Mokena, Illinois. 21205 S. Owen's Rd 60448. I received an email from Datafied to pay another $58.00 to get my records. I believe this some sort of scam. Please investigate. Resolution Sought REFUND $51.86
