Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been receiving emails from a company that is called date my age.com. I didn't mind getting one or two but I am receiving over 100 emails a day from this company I don't even know if they are legitimate. I pretty much doubt it I have called them and asked them to please remove me I try to put them in my scam email and I have been unsuccessful with everything. I am sure that this is not a legit. Resolution Sought I want them to STOP.

I went to that date website. It was very confusing I gave my debit card I was charged Nov 28 for what I believe was a subscription of a month. They did it wrong. I'm a woman looking for men not for woman. I emailed them right there to please cancel my account and give my money back. Yesterday i did again. I got an email of a guy I went to the website and it is like a gambler feeling i was chatting and got charged 29.99 and again 29.99 . It is a perfect scam I emailed again to cancel please , not email back . I called and I got yelled for nor knowing now to use it and that they can not give me my money back . Resolution Sought I will like my money back but the most I want is to report them as scammers .
