I've had a banking account for ever, months ago my wallet got stolen out of my car and have no way to withdrawal my paycheck or anything off of this card which is where it has always gone! I got my new card in mail and had a problem activating it, they couldnt figure it out and escalated it to a higher time which would " email me" never revived the email, tried again a few weeks same thing never an email, tried again today march 8, " ill escalate this to a higher team" they have no solution they have no answer they never email me and all I want is my debit card on my account. Had the same problem without Cash App, they canceled the card sent me a new one in days was working idk why it's been month no answer, I have screen shots of the convos as well, they pretty much tell me " do what you gotta do we don't care" Resolution Sought Issue me a new debit card so I can with drawl my hard earned money and go on my way, I also think with as long as this has gone on I deserve a credit or reimburse for all the trouble they have solely caused me

I did a direct deposit to this account the money has never shown into this account when I tried to find out about the money no one knows where but would also disconnect the chat Resolution Sought I want my money back
