My email was hacked. I contacted Dave on Friday, 7/18 because $150 plus $10 fee was stolen from my account. They immediately locked my account. I have been more than cooperative with them regarding sending info and answering the same questions multiple times. I've requested a statement showing the fraudulent transactions for a week now. They won't talk to me on the phone, and only reply to email every 24 hours with the same questions and nonsense. I can't file a police report without knowing the city and state where the fraudulent transactions occurred. I think they are dragging their feet with this to try to run out the time they gave me to get this figured out. I have asked numerous times now for the statement, and I still haven't sent not received it. I cannot check on the app as it has been locked. They had no problem allowing a new device to log into my account clear across the country from where I live. They didn't ask any questions or this never would have happened, but I need to give DNA to get the statement?! Ridiculous!! Resolution Sought Send me the statement I've been requesting so I can make the police reports. It's been a week!
