Dave Mungenast Pre-Owned Center of Bonne Terre complaints

I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Cobolt From Dave Mungenast auto sales in bonne Terre Missouri on February 26th 2024. I walked into the dealership they was very nice and polite they had the car posted for $6995… got it down to $4500 with my down payment of $2000 I only paid $2500 left with a dealership fee of $500 totaling $3000 left for the vehicle before I signed the paperwork for the vehicle I mentioned popping sounds from the front end like a strut or possible cv axle cause it popped when I turned told this to Brad and bob they said oh your 25,000 mile warranty will cover that and yes 99 of the things I am thinking of black and white does cover it I said cool! I'll take it! Signed paperwork… they even "fueled up the tank" when I say fueled it up I didn't notice until I got home but I live in Belleview and we drove from bonne terre shouldn't of even used but a 1/8 of a tank if that… gauge says less then 1/2 tank I was like well maybe the floater is off… then check engine light come on and off for about 2 weeks but it wouldn't stay on it go off when shut car off come back on whenever my guess is a 02 sensor being that old of a vehicle… it had only 26k miles on it 1 owner clean car fax up to date and yes I do still have all the original paperwork agreement… including the warranty… About a week passed dealership calls me and ask hey why are you not answering the phone calls from the bank? I'm like I haven't gotten any phone calls from any bank sir. Resolution Sought Make this right. To be shut down or not treat customers like this again I would love for Mr. Bob to retire cause he's full of lies.
